We actually had to track the guy for a short while to get the pics, which turned out decently. I think he got pissed that we were taking pics and laughing so hard so he just took off (very slowly eventually getting up to over 80mph!!) trying to get away from us.

Man, you guys should check their website also.

It's as crappy as their shop car. (I am so convinced that it was their shop car after looking at their website.)

Especially the "performance parts" section. They have $149 brand-immitation mufflers.

If you click "Cold Air INtakes High performance increase up to 5 Horse Powers" & "High Quality Short ram intake Increase (I don't understand what this means :) )" sections, they show "Sorry Product Is currently not availabe" (It's not my typo. :) )

It seems they held 3 on 3 basketball event for age 13 and 14. (Very smart marketing to preoccupy future customers. :) )

I guess they couldn't earn enough money by selling body kits and car accessories, so they sell clothes which should have been available by Spring 04, but which is not yet. (Can't wait to look at one!)

You can also join their "Import Dreams Team Car Club", then you will get "a MINIMUM of TWO DECALs advertising Importdreams.com"

Here is their contact "[email protected]" just in case you are interested! (Nice email address, he musht have immigrated here in 1989)

Jan,

You would have to pay US to be a part of that raffle. Neon....yuck!!!!!

Believe it or not, I saw a BBY on cardomain that put a street glow kit underneath, in the front grills and in different places within the car. I almost cried, it was horrible.

And they sell clothes, look out ladies!

hahahhahah.

What a bunch of dip shits.
I wonder if the clothes are as gawdy as the body kits?
Now all of the ricer boys can buy their ricer girlfriend cute little ricer hats and shirts so they can pose next to the Civic looking good!

Which reminds me, isn't it about time I get myself a cute little Asian model girlfriend to follow me around at races, keeping my hood warm?

Who's the guy with the sig of him posing? You're hired!
I need an umbrella boy.

Now I remember why I never go to Japantown SJ anymore. Sarah (NgohOiNei) and I were wandering around there last night and spotted this piece of fugliness:

http://www.norcalevo.net/gallery/albums/album147/wheat3.jpg

Sarah's reaction was this:

http://www.norcalevo.net/gallery/albums/album147/wheat4.jpg

and this:

http://www.norcalevo.net/gallery/albums/album147/wheat5.jpg

As I was snapping photos the owner remote-started it and walked up and we scurried away. Sarah was worried he would be flattered and think he was hot stuff because we were photographing his car, but I think I did away with any notion of that because I was laughing my ass off.

ground kit are consider ok , if you want it just for looks and being able to lower the car. For competition or track event or to be like Jan and have them for the bling bling then Zeals, Teins, BuddyClub, JIC's is a must .

Here is a funny one.

I approached the owner of this car as he stood cooly by his gull winged Honda and exclaimed "wow, you've put some serious cash into you car. Mind if I take a pic?"

He seemed a little stand offish and asked if I was going to put in on the net. "Definitely. I am on an Evo forum for Northern Califonia and my fellow members love to see this kind of stuff", I replied. He seemed satisfied as I proceeded to took pics right in front of him. All the while, he beamed proudly at his creation.

$1800 to make those doors open up that way. Money well spent?

Jan, that's a very nice ride... with those doors the car can almost fly... luckily the owner had decided to put on those 50lbs chrome wheels to keep the car anchored to the ground.
