Well it's summer time now and i know alot of you need your cars detailed. *My friend is back in Fremont for the summer and is detailing cars again. *He used to work at Fremont Pontiac detailing cars and now he is doing it on his own. *He uses a PC (Porter Cable) and the detail involves Outside: *Cleaning, Clay Bar, Wax, Polishing. Inside: - Remove stains, Vacums the whole car, Treats the interior pieces. Basically makes the car look better than new. He does great work.

If you are interested give him a call. *His number is (510) ******* (Edited by Nebo) and his name is Eric

Here are some pictures of my car from last summer when he detailed it. *(hah its amazing how much my car has changed over the year :) )

how long does it usually take to do all of it? how about just the inside since i pretty much do the outside regularly then i get lazy cleaning the inside :)

I know he prefers to start early in the morning around 8am and usually works till mid afternoon. Thats for detailing the whole car. Give him a call though and check about the inside.

Last year I believe it was $100-130 depending on the car. If your interested give him a call though and get an exact quote because it may be different.

It takes me 2 days to detail my car completely. I let the Polish/Glaze harden overnight so it can fully polymerize (unless it's Zaino Bros polish, it has a catalyst that allows it harden very fast). I can honestly say this is the worst paint I have ever had, worse than my '77 Vega even.

yea when i detail my car myself it takes me about a day or two if i do a complete detail. My friend uses a porter cable though and that not only saves time but it works the product into the paint better then you would ever be able to by hand. If i ever stop spending all my money on parts i think i might invest in one 8)
