i'm trying to find out some information for a friend so hopefully you guys can help.

if your caught speeding over 85 mph or 27mph over the posted limited are you only allowed to drive to and from work for 30 days?

I got a 106 (I had the brakes locked when he clocked me) in a 45 (Sunrise blvd) and had to pay like 300 bucks and got a 2 pointer on the record but that was it.

Not sure about the website but as far as I know going 30mph over the posted speed is considered reckless driving and you have to see the judge on this. Depending on his/her driving record what the punishment is. If you are caught you are given a restricted license which does allow you to drive only to and from work. Restriction span depends on your record and the infraction. This is coming from a guy who's been to alot of driving school. :wink:
