It seems like I can't connect to either NCE or the SCE site as of now.
I have to connect through proxy server.
Does that mean Charter / my apt connection is blocking the NCE/SCE?
Or is it the other way around aka domain block by NCE/SCE?
Can an admin shoot me an email or something? Thanks.
