Just wanted to let the board know about a great product we just released; Aperture High Spressure Shaft Seals.
As EVOs get old the throttle shafte seals inside the throttle body wear out and get brittle from heat and old age. In addition the seals often face the added strains of increased boost on tuned cars, and with a rating of only 7 psi they don't hold up well to the added strain. This leads to seal failure, a problem which can be hard and frustrating to diagnose.
The WORKS Aperture High Pressure seals are high quality units built with an OEM style metal casing and a specially designed internal rubber seal. Fitting just like the stock seals the WORKS high pressure units are rated to 25+ psi and will hold up to extreme use. If you are cranking up the boost on your EVO, or just have a lot of miles on it, the Aperature High Pressure Shaft Seal kit is a must have. It should be noted that the kit comes with a new throttle body gasket as well.
