Are there any FAST EVOs yet in NorCal?

HI. Just wondering if there are any fast EVOs in NorCal yet. Fastest one I have seen at the track ran a high 12, but that was months ago.

i belive there are a handful out there but going faster than 12 requires rollbars doesnt it? but the really fast one's are more into track racing than doing 1/4. there's the work's and vishnu shop cars which are bad asses and there's a few independent owners who have added a good amount of work on their car.

any reasons why you looking for them?

I've been in the Works shop Evo...a few months back with Jan, and even though it wasn't running the way it should have been, that thing is a monster!

The guy to first hit the 10 sec 1/4 mile second mark has his car worked on at San Rafael Mitsubishi. His name is Alex and he is definitely a NorCal Evo owner with a very fast car. I believe he has a RnR Racing turbo kit on his Evo pushing 500+ hp.

Yeah, whenever I think about that I get a picture in my head of a bunch of guys in white robes and turbans tooting around the course in a convertible. :lol: Call me weird I guess... All in good fun! :)

Mine will be as fast as shiv's red evo, sparco/apexi evo, and all those 500+hp evos out there when it is dropped from 10,000ft in the air.... and mine is the cheapest :D

Fast is relative and my car is pretty mildly modified compared to many!

The car is fun but its appearance in the SCC shoot-out was a last-minute substitution, it is definitely not the Vishnu showcase car but for the money invested it didn't do too bad.
