I think maybe a spammer or hacker is attacking the site and the Software just automatically banned the whole domain (range or IPs from the same host)
You can by-pass it by using proxy.

use a proxy server.

this is how it works.

you login to the proxy server, the proxy server then connects you to the website.

instead of you directly connecting to the website. you have a mediator (PROXY) help you connect to the website.

so for example, when you connect to the website, let's say it registers your computer as IP 192.168.1.1 . Since your IP or carrier is banned you cannot login into the forum.

But, once you use a proxy. The forum will think your using the IP and carrier of the proxy server and it will let you in.

Get it?

So, instead of one hop to the website. It will be two hops.

Hop from your computer to proxy and then hop from proxy to forum.

do a search for " proxy server " on google.

The content filter at my work blocks the words proxy into all search engines

Well..becareful with the information.

If your work has a content filter, they can fire you for using a proxy to bypass their content filter.

If your work made you sign something that says you can't access certain pages and they have a content filter. You can be screwed..

That's why I don't use proxies, because of that very reason.
