View Full Version : HOW TO: cut undertray for intercooler

The under tray did not fit without modification. I did manage to get it to fit, very well with only slight modification. All you need is phillips head screwdriver, cutting wheel(Dremmel), razor blade, zip ties and a drill.

I did not want to have the undertray off, nor did I want it flapping in the wind. By cutting it where I did, you maintain the meteaal screws that give the undertray stability, and you also have access to the tow hook.

Admins- If you need a step-by-step written for the intercooler/battery/pipes/undertray... just let me know.
