anyone here workout? most of the people i talk to online probly see i'm at the gym every nite.

i have no impressive stats, but i can leg press 450 for like 9-10 reps (gotta up that next time so i hit like 6 reps), and ummmm can curl like 80 on the ez-curl bar.

i WAS (not currently) curling 80 lbs on each arm a while back...hehe...and i only weigh 163lbs...oh yeah..those of course were max curls hehe...

unlike my friend who weighs 120lbs and can do 120lb dumbell curls on each arm...he can do about 15 reps of 20...lolz...insane!

No weights for me, but I do 50 pushups every morning and do muay Thai kickboxing 4 times a week. I guess that's something. :)

hmm going to sign at 24hr soon. taking my weight gainer starting tomorrow due to my shortness and skinny lol =X

The man is not kidding. My big Dodge Ram driving friend with his buddha gut had his stomach on top of my cars steering wheel and his ass pouring out the sides of the seat.

Nasty.

I "work out" by playing DDR for a couple hours every other day or so. Given that I'm (a) rather out of shape (b) rather uncoordinated and (c) a terrible dancer to boot, it's kicking my ass. :lol:

Play basketball every wednesday nights at the gym and basketball league on sundays. also some pump irons at home. :) not trying to get big or anything..just staying fit is my goal :) :lol:

I play racquetball twice aweek for about 2 to 3 hours.

I was just trying to get a feel for how Chris wanted to look. When Chris mentioned that he wanted to use a weight gainer, it reminded me of an episode of South Park where Cartman was eating some uber weight gainer and became a huge fat ass. Throughout the episode, Cartman kept on saying "BEEFCAKE!" , so naturally when I typed in beefcake on images.google.com, those came up.

Chris will soon = BEEFCAKE.

used to once i hit weight training end of sophomore year. then stopped as soon as school started again and it was all down hill from there w/ out anymore pe class. takin 2 classes this semester to make up for it.

I lift weights off and on and I also run once in a while.I can bench 300 pounds!

I used to work out 5 days a week 2 hrs. a day. Didn't really care much on how much weight I can do. I just push it to what my body can do on certain days. Now that I'm married, I haven't been to the gym for about 10 years. I think I better get back. Don't want to look like a typical married man with a big gut.

I work out (pump some iron) at least 2-3 times a week and play basketball at Flickinger Park here and there to keep fit.

I do cardio about 5 times a week. On the elliptical machine for a minimum of 45 mins to 60 mins. It becomes addictive after a while. If I don't exercise I don't feel as energized. Then I can eat whatever I want and not feel guilty.. YAY! :D

Oh yeah, i forgot about the EyeToy too.. Man that thing will get ya going. Playing the Kung Fu game is the best HAYA! :wink:

for my workout i mostly do cardio (running) and lifting my own weight like pull-ups, pushups and dips. i lift weights three times a week, doing lightweights with high repetitions. i focus on muscle endurance most of the time.
