how to paint your stock Rims ???

hello everyone i was just wondering to see if anyone knows to paint the rims, with out taking em to the shop to get em powder coated, my rims are already powder coated black but i wanna change it to gold so what can i do ? thanks.

Here is a good place to start if you want to DIY the wheels. I'd skip the red lip personally.
