JDM MR FOG BULBS

ok here we go, i just bought the JDM MR head lights and bought the harness thingy from lancer shop for the fog lights, http://www.lancershop.com/customer/product.php?productid=680 so now i have everything good to go except the bulbs, what size bulbs do i have to get in order to fit the harness and also the jdm head lights,

for JDM headlights the fogs are 9006 (HB4)
