Can't wait to see how this turns out. Are there any plans to get away from the dual exhaust and just go with a single? I had a similar OEM muffler on my 350Z and dropped a bunch of weight and gained a little more response and a better midrange going to a single.

Did the Works team weigh the stock muffler?

I'll grab the weight the next time it's in my hands.

There is some weight to be lost. We dropped 21 lbs off the Lancer by using our Exhale AB. Even with a single can/dual tip design, I think there's a few pounds to be shaved.

Stock muffler is weighing in at 29 lbs. A little more heft than the previous chassis due to the dual outlet design. The StealthWORKS doesn't help much in the weight department, but check out the original thread for some performance updates.

Wow...."Doesn't Help Much" is somewhat a stretch, haha.

Were there ever any audio clips?

The StealthWORKS muffler weighs the same as the original. I had the video camera ready, but elected not to do any recordings as it sounded virtually identical to the OEM muffler and those are readily available all over the web. We can still obtain the clip if there's a demand :)

Any plans for an exhaust that sounds aftermarket?

Yes, the WORKS Exhale AB/ABM are currently under development.

Or 29lb 1oz

Depending on if they just remove the flapper or pin it open with a rivet

So all it is is removing the flap?
