I was talking to Bryan about this the other day. I have two Macbooks with OS X on it, I downloaded ecuflash on one of them and tried it out with a stock MR base map that I downloaded off the internet. It seems like most of the features are there, I also got the MacLogger for logging runs. I want to get a race map from Bryan, but I don't think he has ever tried ecuflash on OS X before. Since I don't have a lot of experience in this department, I don't know if any key features are missing from the OSX copy of the program.

I use XP for all my tuning/logging/etc so I have not used the OSX version of Ecuflash yet.
However, I do have two OSX machines here. Let me go load it up now... :)

Yea looks like it opens up my roms just fine. Some defs look to be not done. Should be good for just flashing ROMs to the car though.

Anyone have a link for the logger? I paid for the pc version and ran it with parallels but ran into some snags. I kinda just said screw everything windows that I was running and deleted it all. turns into a major pita imo.

So since its an implementation of mut III, can you pull codes with it as well?

i tried to flash my car in the parking lot down in monterey using the osx version and it failed for some reason. Fortunately I had the windoze version on my fusion image and that worked.

I'm pretty sure it was but I'll double check. What port should be selected on that drag down menu?

At a guess, usbserial then something to do with the tactrix cable or whatever cable it is you have installed. if its not showing up there, theres a driver issue.

it just says serial 1 and then a couple blue tooth serials. What's the driver thing you speak of? I'm using the tactrix cable to my USB port on my mbp.
