Hello EVO owners.
My name is Toby (aka Ei-ccord). I frequent quite a few different chat forum boards, and was just refered to this one.
I do NOT own an EVO, but I am definately an enthusiast.
My main purpose for posting here was the introduction, and to let you folks in know that there is a cheaper alternative to having your modifications done. I am finishing up a Centerforce clutch install on another members EVO, and he is the one that refered me here. While we had some lag time, we decided to blackhouse his headlights. And I must say that it is DEFINATELY a good modification for the appeal of this car.
to give a little backround on myself, I am an ASE certified mechanic and work for Elk Grove Honda. I have seven of the 8 possible certifications. I started modifying Hondas about 4 years ago, and just recently expanded my clientel. I have (in the past 2 months) installed lights, headers, cams, exhaust, blacked out lights, and done tons of suspension work on cars ranging from the G35 and 350Z to the EVO and even a couple of Lexuses.
I hope that I am not breaking any rules on this forum by posting this (moderators, please let me know) but I am just trying to help you guys out with install prices. I work from my home garage, and will warranty 100% of my work. I can provide any references you folks need from any of my past customers on any of the numerous websites.
Hope to hear from you guys soon... and I'll post some pictures of the EVO lights I just finished.
