what's going on with the links on the home page?

The forum, unread links, and just about every link on the page sends you to a broken homepage.

the only way to enter the forums is to hit a link in the recent thread section off the home page.

When you hit the forum pages, a PHP string is always inserted at the page, but I am sure you are aware of that.

I've noticed that too. I found out if you can click on any user name and click under 'last posts of this user' you can navigate through the forum pages through the top link directory for that page. IE; "norcalevo.net/forums/this post." hit the forums page.

I think it's just a broken link directly from the homepage.

Haha and it's a b1tch trying to log back in if you log out. You gotta use the login link at the top of the page. Otherwise you'll get a svql error or broken link error when trying to login from the homepage.

In the "recent posts" section on the home page it only shows me the latest topics. Like there's no bumping and no TTT stuff going on. Even if I were to post in the sightings thread it won't show on the home page. I basically have to go thru my browser's "history" to follow those threads. This is on my phone and home computer.

The links on the home page for the most part have been fixed, but logins are sort of messed up because the CMS bridge is broken during the migration. The EASIEST way to login is to go to the forum and click the LOGIN link at the top, not try to login through the box.

me so sad...... finally got access thanks to c-bass letting me know how to log in. ive been on NCE withdrawals for the past 5 days now :( glad im back. are things supposed to be back to normal soon?

On the home page, if you are logged in, there are still broken links.

The unread threads since last visit link is still broken.

* On the home page it leads you to the broken home page.
* From the forum page, it doesn't return any results.

The link to your private message from the home page is still broken.
The show new posts to your threads link is still broken from the home page.


That's all I could find, seems likely that it's related to the login problems you mentioned.

We have disabled the front page due to some security issues while we attempt to fix it in the meantime.

I never knew that the ^ on the link banner displayed the avatar and other links. Didn't realize it until today when I actually looked at the page source and saw that there was something on the page that could toggle its display. :oops:
