I highly doubt your car has factory wax on it, unless you had an arrangment with the dealership.

nah i picked up the car from the show room. They rolled it in the show room right before I was going to sign for a tarmac black evo. This came out of the garage and into the showroom. I ended up with the Apex Silver.

I work as a detailer at Honda, and we don't even wax cars before we put them in the showroom, Of course this isn't mitsu, but from experiences that I've had, customer service at honda is much better then most mitsu dealers. If a car has been in the showroom for a while, then we will wax it since people have been touching, and rubbing against it and what not. I guess this doesn't really help you too much though. It's fairly easy to detail and wax a car, it just takes time. If you want to try it yourself, I can PM you instrustions and what you need. As far as the scratches, depending on how bad they are, you might need a motorized buffer. If you still want to pay someone for it, then goodluck.
