Well guys it's been longer than I had originally planned but I finally got the charts scanned.

This is with the P2, Aperature, Exhale (DP+IP(70mm)+AB), and 269 Cams.

Total Power:

AB = Axle Back. Basically, the Works Exhale.

I'll probably hit up Water Injection if I do the Works turbo kit. If I don't end up doing their turbo, I'll probably stay with my current setup.

wasn't the ATP twin scroll turbo hella affordable? I think it was like $2300 or something like that and its supposed to push 400hp? hehe

JanSolo

$2495 for 360whp or so. Naturally, the whp will be lower on a different dyno.. say Shiv's for instance.

If you want the turbo kit, you need to run larger injectors!

Anywhere from 10whp to 25whp depending on the dyno, of course.

damn, 10? thats sorry. i hope i gained more than that. it feels like i got more than 10...

yo wilson1, haha, i hope i have 250 to the wheels!...it sucks that theres so many different dynos out there. but i guess juss knowing a ballpark figure kinda answers my question, juss wanted an estimate.

anybody think it would be a waste of $$$ to get my car dynoed...im itching to get it done, but have some doubts.

thx for the replies.

i think its best to dyno the car when you pretty much know you're not going to mod it anymore cuz you basically want the ending horsepower number on your car. Its pretty pricey to get it dynoed. Unless we can find a hook up "wink wink"

It's hard to get free dyno runs. Generally, the vendor works the dyno run price into the total price of whatever product you are buying from them. Now, we might have a dyno day in the future at ATP (gotta talk to them about it) and hopefully we can get everyone dyno runs that wants it.

Unless of course your the first customer to buy a whole bunch of newly released products from a company with great customer service :)

(mmm ... free dyno runs ... yumm) :P

How long will you run that setup before you opt for the WORKS/ATP turbo kit?

That kit is pretty tempting!

can we get some more info on your run?

Temp?

Humidity?

I see it says dynojet as they are designed to read close to the same I would like to look at your numbers as they compare to mine, I am curious to see how much more work I have to do before I get to 300 whp. From the looks of it a lot.

Dynojets are supposed to read the same as Mustangs? I thought people considered Mustang dynos to be closer to Dyno Dynamics? Doesn't it all depend on load and ramp anyhow on load bearing dynos?

not necessary, dyno's like you have said are great tuning tools. but also show you how your power band looks and where you are at. To see if the mods that you have add it are making any hp or if it was a waste of money. IMO everyone should get a base dyno, that way they can compare solid #'s instead of crying why such product made there car have low #'s. I have notice that with in evo's there is a big gap amoung stock vs stock from 215whp vs 240whp (dyno jet) thats a huge difference, how do you know the results of a product that you had when all you see its a final # and not a base line. Were you can have 15-20whp different then what you think

Dyno jets read higher then DD and mustangs , i believe mustang dyno reads abit lower then DD

no I meant that to read Dynojets are supposed to read close to other dyno jets, at least when properly run sorry about that confusion
