It's the AMS Evo 8 (http://www.automotosports.com/ams_evo_for_sale.asp).

They are selling it for $46.5k. It has a lot of power, but you know it has been used and abused.[/url]

The MAP sensor allows the AEM to run w/o the MAS.

correct me if i understood this wrong, but once the MAP is installed, it completely deletes out the MAS? and the MAS is no longer being used right?

yup its a whole new way of reading the intake for the car and you can finally use a vta bov without having any problems or issues.

VTA=vent to atmosphere

Meaning that your blow off valve no longer routes back through the intake piping. Doing this with a MAS vehicle causes problems because the air being expelled from the system has already been counted by the ECU. It thinks the air stays in the intake stream and adds the necessary fuel. When in reality, it's being released outside of the system and, therefore, causes your A/F ratio to become unstable and your streetability to suffer. Some cars react better/worse than others with a stock ECU/MAS.
