That's correct.
It connects to the seat belt receptacle.

Thanks a lot guys. I left my puppy in the car for just one hour and he bite those brown and green wire. I was wondering if you have to solder it to repair it or you can buy that whole seatbeat sensor connector assembly??

 good thinking. if the dog was able to get to the wire, then its a little rat dog that just yelps all day. dump it

Eat the dog so you have the energy to fix the wire. :)

You can buy wire tube connectors and just crimp them back together. No need to buy a new assembly.

crimping FTL, soldering... FTW! :P
but yes, crimping could work as well :)

Meh. Soldering would be a lot better, if he has a soldering iron. I wouldn't buy one just to fix 1 wire :P

but they are so useful for many things when you do have one, and if its a few time use-er, then get a 10 dollar one from one of those 9.99 bins at ace hardware. they always have em in there.
but either way, hes good to go. just had to give you a hard time :P
