i have megan catback, 3 inch tp, megan catback, iaem intake, supertech valve springs n retainers and also ecu reflashed by vishnu. i just installed my hks evc.

question: is 23 psi ok?

I d try to get in to GST for a touch up.. or at least a baseline to make sure everything is safe.

There are 1 too many local shops around here for you not to have a custom tune

its fine if your system is holding it. first hing might be to get a tune by someone other than \/15HNU :) have you done a boost leak test lately? im running about 23psi and im still running the plastic viii diverter valve. im planning on, but have been lagging on, buying a ix diverter valve for better piece of mind, but so far ive been holding just fine. any reason that you know of as to why the springs and retainers were done?

no. i havent done any boost leak test yet. dont even know how... there was thicking noice so i had M4 fix it they change the lifters and had them upgrade the retainers and springs. (saved money on labor)

what psi your car can handle means nothing.. With a bad tune you could pop your motor at 15psi, Bryan and Andy are the only people I would let touch my car.

yes! coz they changed whatever it is thats making the noice.
