yeah, i agree, he needs to slow way way down for that corner. Very close call, nonetheless when he first encountered emergency personnel.

If anything that vette that slammed the binders on in front of him (stopping on a waving yellow) put the driver in more danger than the tow truck sitting half way on the track.
