Nice shots man. I haven't been there for a few years and I remember I couldn't use a flash with my Canon point and shoot with getting the nasty flash back from the tank.

Cool shots.

I was there 2 weeks ago with the fam. Jellyfish are a trip to look at, they look like floating mushroom. My fav were the school of sharks...

but yeah, Monterey Bay makes for good eye candy.

What's the construction like now? These photos were from maybe July of this year. We went mid-week. It was pretty dead. But, all that new construction just kinda takes away from the cannery aspect of old Monterey.

I wish I went when they had that great white in the big tank.

Constuction? I wasn't even aware of any. LOL, I guess they finished then. We parked in the outside hill near the entrance that charged (I think) 50 cents per half hour, instead paying the flat 10 bucks in the garage.

The sharks weren't anything like the great whites from Jaws or anything. But they were big enough to do some damage if you were to get in the water with them. There were also hammerhead sharks too.

The whole main cannery row was under construction during the summer. I think was from that first overhead crossover tunnel thing all the way down to the aquarium at the end of the street.
