why can't we change the title of a thread anymore?

I can change the title to a post, but not the thread, even as the thread owner/starter.

is there any way to fix that?

Chris when you go to your edit tables at the bottom of the screen there should be a function that say's Go advance. Hit that function and you should be able to change the thread title.

I tried that, and it changes the title of the post, not the thread title.

+1 I have had at least two dumbass posts that I want to delete so I can cover my tracks, but the much-needed feature is no longer available. :ugh:
