Track event organizers (List/Repository)

So I thought it would be a good idea to keep a list of groups who organize track events in the norcal area. Maybe make this a sticky? I know I would like to start doing more events with different groups to get as much seat time in as possible, but I do not know all the groups that do these events. I'll start.
