when does the evo ix come out? when did the 2005 evos come out? fall or the beggining of the year?

usually new models come out at the last quarter of the previous year,like the evo9 which is supposed to be coming out this sept as an 06 model :D

Yes but it's not cheap for a dealer to install... just get aftermarket HIDs unless you really wanted the "foglights".
