Im not an expert but IMO you have to do the following:
ARP studs for sure, fuel pump and atleast 1000cc injectors. you dont need anything else but if you change the fuel rail thats a plus but its a long run you might have to change your fuel lines ;).

1000+cc injectors, at least a walboro fuel pump and a tune for E85. That's it. I know plenty of DSMs running E85 on a 255 fuel pump, 1000+cc injectors, and tuned. If DSM fuel lines and fuel rail are big enough for E85, Im sure EVO fuel lines/rail are big enough. I'd go ARP studs if you're looking to push 400hp+. Other than that your stock bolts should hold. But since you looking for E85, then you're looking for big powa, so like Friski said, apr headstuds would be a good thing to get. Oh, and don't forget a GST E85 tune. Or FFTEC.

Good luck

you also need a wideband to monitor your AFR, Map Switching Option, and something to warn you when a knock is detected. all it takes is some bad gas and without having any of these, it can severly damage your motor under WOT....

Stock evo lines and fpr are fine especially on a stock turbo.

Head studs are up to you we have customers that want them and some that don't depending on your future mods.

Also it's always nice to have a wideband, map switch, and even an ethanol gauge but we understand that not everyone can afford that at one time....

is the ethanol guage different from a gas gauge?

It's a ethanol percentage meter, which meters the percentage of ethanol, because it's a ethanol percentage meter.

Stock Ecu. Currently via physical switch and a Rom update.

Soon it will be switchable via TPS with no need for a physical switch.

if you have an 03 you dont need any switch, we can use the Intercooler Sprayer Switch, to change maps from 91 octane to any gas...

With all respect to Sean, you should talk to him first because he can also do that for you  and everything will go alot smoother if he do it rather than me. Plus even if i do it, the new features can only be seen on my laptop so its useless :cheesy:
