theres a plug n play harness adapter you should use instead of just getting the factory pigtail and having to splice. http://www.spoolinup.com/diy.html?021beb70

you can order the solenoid directly from a chevy dealer and get it same or next day. the dealer acros the street stocked it when i picked mine up. gm part number... 214-474
