Hey guys,

my next two events are this next friday, 5/27 at t-hill with NCRC (I'm gonna do the time trial, should be fun!), and 6/3 at Reno-Fernley with GGLC....anybody else going to do either of those? Let me know. Looking forward to trying out my new Cobra Suzuka racing seat. It will be nice not having to brace the left leg against the door anymore!

I'm taking june, july, august off for the heat, and because it is my duathlon (run, bike run) race season. I'm down to my racing weight now, fit and ready to go! so, I'll pick it back up in late august, early september, and do a couple more days at t-hill, buttonwillow, streets of willow springs, and end the season with Laguna Seca Dec 1. Reno is far, but you could make it a weekend with your girl, etc. I really want to check out this track, it looks like fun.

Man I really wanted to do Reno with GGLC but I don't think I'll be ready for it. I'm 75% sure I'm in for GGLC T-hill at the end of July though. Just trying to source a set of cheap track wheels and R compounds before then. I'm sick of using my street tires for track use as well. Replacing tires every ~10k miles is not fun.

I'm hoping to score that free 2-day NASA HPDE at Willow Springs in July... Also definitely want to try Buttonwillow sometime this year. Another trip to Thunderhill would be fun too. And maybe Laguna Seca later this year, and Infineon/Sears Point if I feel up to it.

We should organize a fall T-hill day, say in september, in conjunction with one of the groups, trackmasters or NCRC. GGLC hs a day at T-hill september 13, cheap, and a good way to get out a lot of Evos. for you guys that work all week, look at your calenders and get that weekday off now!!. GGLC is doing buttonwillow October 17th as well. Would be great to caravan dowm with a bunch of Evos to that event. Again, it's another 160.00 event.

i'll be at reno fernley on the 29th of may with porsche club and track masters. And know i think i want to do the one with the mazda club for $190. Thats sounds pretty good. I here good things about adreline racing events. Anyways i believe the one on the 29th still has spots and it only $165

Heh, I can't. I already have two track events that month. Isn't NCRC like eleventy billion dollars too?

I'll have two track events that month too. :P But it doesn't conflict with the Solo2 and CRS (Callifornia Rally Series) schedules.

Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but hey, at least that guarantees that someone in a turbo E36 M3 won't be there to be a rolling chicane. He'd rather be street racing. :stoned:

The Miata one? I think A Group is open passing. You can email bonnie and ask to make sure, she is quick to reply usually.
