I want to trade my Stance GSR+ 10K/8K coilovers for a stock 2006 MR Bilstein setup. If you have a stock '06 MR suspension and want to try coilovers let me know. This will be a straight trade. The coilovers were purchased in 2007 and are still in good condition - no tracking of any kind, street use only for daily driving. Reason for the trade is I just want to put my car back in stock condition. I will be leaving for LA next week and want to get this trade completed by this weekend. LMK ASAP

These are what they looked like when I first got them. They are still on the car.

This is how low the car sits as-is today.

Would you be interested in MR struts (14k miles excellent condition) + Swift sport springs (lower 1.2F/.08R)? I also have stock MR springs and spring compressors if you want to go back to stock, but it'll be a longer install.

If what you've got looks just like what I used to have below let's do the trade. When are you available and where?

Yes that's what I have. MR struts at about 14k miles, and I got Swift Sport springs around 12k miles. The combination makes for a really really good ride on the street, and the slight lowering makes the car look great. Come out to the Natomas meet Friday night if you want to check them out. I know you used to come out there. And like I said, I also have the stock MR springs in my garage as well.

I'm available either day if you wanna swap in my garage. I have all the tools and air tools to make the job quick and easy. I live in West Sacramento.

Its all good dude, there's too much going on at your place on saturday. Everyone will want to be install something... and we'll be detailing etc. Lets just keep it simple. Plus I don't want to fuck up on a suspension install. Thanks though JR.

Np man. Hope you like the Stances. I'm missing them already. The Bilstein and swifts are great too but of course not as razor sharp handling as the coilovers but I'm happy with the change. LA freeways will be more bearable. :) I'll be out to the meet sometime in the next few weeks.

LOL, I like how you said you want to get coils later. Definitely lower than stock though trust me. With the stock springs you could fit your fist in the front wheel gap. Even though its not super low with the Swifts, I definitely like the quality of the springs, the ride, and the fact that you don't scrape where ever you go.

The coils are definitely more responsive and the ride is more firm, but not harsh. I've only driven them a few miles swince the swap.
