Well I have had a great time with this car but I am going to pull the trigger and buy a new Evo X. I'm on my way to work so I'll give some quick details and more info later.
2005 TB 8 GSR. I am original owner, bought 6 years ago from SRM. Has never been in an accident and has no dings or dents. Car has been garaged every day since brand new and is driven only on weekends. Never been into any dealer for any warranty problems. Low 27,xxx miles on the clock. Car is paid off, I have clean pink in hand, registration was just paid through 12/2011. Have done oil changes with OEM filter and oil every 2000 miles, diff/trans fluids done every 10000 miles. I do all my own work on this car myself. I am Toyota Master Diagnostic Tech with 15 years in the biz and ASE master with L1 certs. The only other person that has touched this car is Bryan at GST for tuning.
My plan is to offer this car up as it sits for a while to see if there is any interest. If I get none then I will part the entire car out and sell it stock. I am in no hurry to sell.
Nada guide shows $20,450 for this car and with mods I am expecting somewhere in the mid 20's. Smog will have to be arranged with buyer.
Even though this is not SSL I was able to have SRM install factory HIDS, have the original due bill from dealer to prove.
Also had them install CF E-brake handle, and the aluminum shift knob and pedal covers. I have window sticker, extra key
and remote and all manuals and paperwork that came when new.
