That is not the same Civic they are selling in the US... Honda's US and overseas car lines are totally different. So none of those parts will work on the US cars.

Mugen has always been Honda's factory tuning arm so they probably got to work on the parts before the car was ever released.

the front end of the usdm civic is different, but it does get a 1.8 sohc

Good info on the new civic. 197hp from 200hp, not that detuned!

With a simple turbo kit 350whp would be easy. Way to much for FWD (and i should know!) but still super fun.

bah... all the new "sport" coupes look similar. The SI, Saturn, TC etc. I think they just find what's popular and all start making cars that look that way.
