for those that acutally go to sears point, what are you lap times? i know kent pulls 1:47s or whatever, but his car is leagues about everyone elses here. i was doing 1:58s while still being only going 5/10s through the esses, and i still caught the end of the pack by the 4th lap 8)

stasis did a 1:45 in that blue lic sti with the cage...i think kevin owns it. so i cant be too far off pace compared to race car drivers driving a 2600pound, 300whp (dynodynamics), race diff'ed out car.

My friend who races a spec miata does 2:07s at Thunderhill w/ bypass, does 1:58s at Infineon.

Are those times with the spec miata or in an Evo?

I need a lap timer, I have no idea what I run at any track. It sucks trying to get your laptimes from a video camera.

Was kevin driving it for that 1:45?

Kent Jordan ran 1:45 at Sears Point in an SCCA ITE race -- with his old engine set-up, not the current engine and turbo. For comparison, he ran 1:39 at Laguna Seca, and 1:59 at Thunderhill with that set-up.

no, what i heard, verbatim was, 'stasis did a 1:45 in it...' so i duno who acutally drove it.

the hpde4 group leader, alphred, did a 1:57 on his first lap ever in the car yesterday, and was knocking off a seconds every lap. when i stopped timing he was at 1:54, that was like the third lap.

richard, the last time kent was there he had the 305s, i wud assume he had the new engine too, thats when i read he did the 1:45

Yes, we were running both.

We ran 1:37.'s at Laguna last race weekend setting a new ITE race record.(we ran 1:37.1 to qualify pole)

We head back out to T-hill in a couple weeks. Hopefully we set a new record there as well.
