Final cost to chip in and What your money worth

Thanks to Cooliodb he manage to give us the deal basically he set up in a billiards area for Friday night from 9pm-1am. It is 2 billiards tables and a snooker table.
We would have to do a buffet, so I had them plan for the Corner pocket buffet I talked to you about(chicken fingers, bar burgers, pizza bites, chips....).
I had them waive the billiards rental($120) and we have added complimentary sodas(normally $2 per person). The buffet runs $15.50 per person plus tax and gratuity...~roughly $19.50 each.

Alcohol would be cash bar.

Coolio and I will be getting the money prior to entrance to the building and we will be stamping the person who is paid and "IF" you do not have the stamp on you YOU can not enter to the room..Sorry but just doing bussiness.

This Area is nice also with lots ricer hang out. I know its on milpitas area and "cops" station is couple blocks away but no worry if your driving safe...

The South Bay/East Bay and North Bayers Evo PLUS I-Club Will having a huge meet this coming NOV 18th and it will be a blast.. So come and join and represent..

If we are having this Meet we should do this in a better and big parking lot. Q-cup is a good place but people are kinda worried about Milpitas PD so, i am changing the venue to old location down in macarthy Ranch.

After the meet if everyone is down for DAVE and BUSTER for more fun....

I changed the TIME at 9PM now, some peeps get off late at work and im reserving us a private room at DNB but everyone need to share the cost. I dont know how much but all i know is a buffet to get the room. Kitchen CANT handle a big menu in one room, so they offer buffet.

Also, of someone is under 21 you still can hang out with us, because some of us will check some other cars and after we go indie after few hours. So join us and if you miss out this meet its your lost, I-CLUB,North bayers,south bayers and east bayers will join up together in one spot how huge that can be...

Ok ladies and Gentlemen, here are the list of the food and happenings that your money will get and i damn this is a good deal. once again thanks to Cooliodb for this...

set up in a billiards area for Friday night from 9pm-1am. It is 2 billiards tables and a snooker table.
We would have to do a buffet, so I had them plan for the Corner pocket buffet I talked to you about(chicken fingers, bar burgers, pizza bites, chips....).
I had them waive the billiards rental($120) and we have added complimentary sodas(normally $2 per person). The buffet runs $15.50 per person plus tax and gratuity...~roughly $19.50 each.
Alcohol would be cash bar.


YES! the pool tables is "FREE" until 1am and some goodies just to munch in, but if you want to get alcohol get your own, but soda's are also free. for $20 this shitt is hella worth it.......

Cooliodb and I will be stamping for all the peeps who will hand me the $20 and if you do not have the $20 "guess what" you aint eating and cant get inside the room. There will be security and dont act stupid and you will be thrown out. Lets make this meet Fun and Decent, beside we are all grown up... NO ENTRANCE FOR UNDER 21 and NO ID......

well, mike, matt and i waited a while for people to show up, but we couldnt see anyone. chris came by we parked in the 1st floor. we saw that the 2nd floor was closed off. so we went it early around 8:50. waited inside for 20min wondering where everyone was. and turns out the second floor was sealed off for us...but we didnt know. :roll: haha. anyways it was a nice turn out when chris lead a group of guys in. nice to see some new and old faces again. thanks to cooliodb and hot8evo for setting it up.

We had a great time at D & B's!!!! Doce_pt2 and I were actually the last ones to leave, but when we got back to the 2nd floor parking lot, everyone was still there chatting.

As always, it's nice to see familiar faces, and meet new ones. NCE really is one big family!

That was such a great time! With the exception of the punk poser kinds that got security's dander up things went off without a hitch. It's was nice meeting all of the members that I had never met before. Next meet I'll come better prepared to direct the flow of Evo's into the garage!
