Some close friends got together this past saturday for a nice cruise before winter. We drove from livermore up Mount Hamilton and up to Lick observatory, then down into San Jose where we ate way too much food for $4.99 each at Dennys.

Was a great time, here are some photos:

I logged almost 200 miles on that one day. Half of them were from the actual cruise. The other half was going to/from home.

100 miles or so.

a couple of us stuck around after the mt. hamilton trek and drove a different road back and up to berkeley. We drove like 7 hours that day.

That sounds like it was fun! I've always wanted to drive up Mt. Hamilton after getting my Evo... and stop for a prime rib at the Grandview Restaurant on the way.

I logged over 300 miles that day with about half of it for the drive to and from Sac and the rest pure twisties.

It was a cruise that I organized. I didn't want to invite all of NCE because it would be too many cars and it's a biatch. I invited about 10 to 12 people and about half went, so it went according to plans. Small enough group to keep organized, yet enough people to make it fun.

The traffic for the day was almost non existent which is rare for a Saturday. The routes we took were amazing. We have them saved for next time.

Mike: Next time you should go instead of hanging out in the woods with raccoons, squirrels and what not.

Tommy: That's my goot butty Alex. http://www.spoooln.com

If there is enough interest in another one before the weather gets shitty, I can organize another one. Just PM me and I'll put you on my distribution list.

One more thing. Earlyapex walks funny:
