Hi, I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Eric and I am a owner of a WW 06 evo IX. I have been doing some research on this board for a few months now and I finally went to pick one up yesterday. I still can't believe I own an Evo.

Need at least $1000 more then I want to ask Chris at SRM, to see if I could get me a Evo9 OTD for 32K. I wonder if that will happen? :D If not that I am looking to save for a bit long to cover the tax and license fee, which Chris at SRM is asking for MSRP plus tax and license fees which will com to about 35K OTD, I think that is expensive for me. What do yuou think?

I purchase the Evo with 9 miles on the odometer, but now I have 145 miles now. I can't wait untill I hit 600 miles to open her up. By the way what do you guys pay for insurance and what is you coverage? Also where can I get the evo 7 taillights and a perrin antenna for a good prices? Any input is appreciate.

Congrats on your new purchase and welcome! My advice is to ignore that break in period mumbo jumbo...Whack her open at 200 miles.

Antenna can be had for around $25.

Why would you want th evo 7 tails? The evo9's got much better looking tails IMHO :D

Since you're getting rid of the evo 9 tails you might as well get rid of the headlights, I'll trade you for the 8s headlights anytime.

I am not feeling those altezza ricey taillights, but that is just my opinion and i do think it looks better then the evo 8 tailights. I am a fan of clean but not flashy type of cars. What can I say different people has different taste. I'll be more than happy to sell the taillights when I buy the evo 7 taillights and no I am not selling the headlights. So where can I get them for a good price? Thanks for the input guys.
