so, jeremy from invisiguard did my stock headlights and I am greatful that he did. the "clear bra" material protects your headlights from scratches and knicks and all those bad things.

I've talked to a few people who've upgraded their stock headlights to JDM's or otherwise and they want to protect them. Since I'm going to be getting some of my own soon, I am in the same boat.

I've talked to jeremy, and he's willing to meet up with us on a saturday or sunday at Gruppe-S to do a bunch of sets of headlights.

Normally I think he charges us Norcal guys 75 dollars for the 30mil protection film.

If we can get 5+ people, he is willing to cut us a sweet deal.

Depending on his lead time for getting the material cut, I was thinking like 2 weeks if I can get my headlights by then.

I can vouch for Jeremy, he did my clear bra install and my friend's S2000. Cool guy, he even came to my house in the evening to replace a defective headlight cover.

hot8:

you can barely even tell that it is on there...

a before/after picture would be useful. it doesn't change the beam pattern or anything...its like if you had a clear thicker version of tint on your headlight.

there is no day chosen yet....there isn't enough interest to have him come down to the south bay yet.

i can see if he could do a front end as well that day. it'd probably be between 500-800 depending on what you want.

as for doing it the day of this headlight protection party.....i'm not sure...it might not be enough time.

is everyone willing to pay upfront? (if he's coming down here, I don't want cancellations)

12th is probably no good for me....I still need to get these headlights blacked out before I can say yes to having them protected. I dont think the clearbra material would like going in the oven too much.

b0yw0nder: My advice is get people to confirm in advance I tried to put this on for people and two ended up wanting to come of the many that said they would.

Every one else: Clear Bra works great, and all of you that are on the edge of getting it, get it. I have seen large rocks bounce off the front of my car, and there are no marks on my bumper or hood.

Jeremy installed a full frontal, including headlights and mirrors on my Evo just after I got it. Front is still perfect cept for one itty bitty blemish in the film caused by, what else, a rock. The same rock that broke my windshield. Great protection, I highly recommend it for a daily driver.

hey guys, well it doesnt look like theres that much interest for a group install this week at Gruppe-S, might be cutting it a bit too close for some of you guys, if Im just doing headlights for $50 I need at least 4-5 people set up to make it worth setting out a day for it :(

If anyone was interested in a clear bra install this Sat at Gruppe-S, I would get to whoever else wanted headlights done too, otherwise lets shoot for another Sat where a few more people can make it out, let me know what guys think about the 19th? :)

I'm interested in getting my jdm mr's protected, but I won't be getting them until next tuesday. Thats if gruppe s has them in stock when I go down there. I'll throw this out there, but if you wanted to do it on tuesday, sometime in the morning, I'd be down, but thats if everyone else could make it.
