I use it as my MP3 player with the 1gb duo that I have, I also rip movies to the card and watch them in the car while I wait for people, it seems that I am always waiting for people in my car. Also since my phone works off the same card, I use it to view pict that I take with my phone. I use the psp every day ever since I made my car mount.

If anyone else wants one of these hard mounts let me know, if I get enough people that want them I will make some more.

okay dude, that is the best use for the psp i've seen. Let me know how much it cost for the mounting hardware, i want it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Windsheild mount for PSP . . . 40 dollars.
Scrap metal and 1 din mount . . . 10 dollars.
The knowledge of how to put it together. . . priceless.

JK. When I have time I will try to put a build guide and some pictures.

Not yet, but it is getting better all the time. I use it to surf the web wirelessly around to the house.

its the same as these mountings right? theres one with 4 screws and 3m tape, and various suction mounts.

Yup with a modified base, plus a 1 din mounting bracket that I welded up and a stereo blank from Mitsubishi cut for the mount and wires. Not a big deal to make, but I really like the way it came out.

Does it vibrates, moving up and down while the car is in motion?

I will do it when I have a chance, and it vibrates a little but not a lot.
