i have tried HKS 264/272 and have seen what the 272/272's can do..
now with a new vehicle i would like to look into either
piper cams 265/265 11.5mm/10.8mm (which i have sitting at home)
or look into the tomei 270/270 11.5mm or even jun 272/272 10.8mm
any feed back will be appreciated
not interested in hearing about HKS or BC, since i'm familiar with those.. I'm also aware that i will need to upgrade the valvetrain, which i'm planing on running crowder valvetrain kit which will allow me to run cams with a 11.5mm lift.

arent HKS JDM ? LOL....
i want to try something new , BTW the pipers that peeps are referring to as far as it goes, are the ones with 11.5mm lift on both cams ..
the ones im looking at have a different lift 11.5/10.8mm which gives them a better idle.. also WORKS has a solution for it as well (when it comes to idle control via stoc ECU ) a friend of mine has 280's on stock ECU and idle like stock.. you go figure ...

I plan to use Toda cam gears,

hey... you got hookup on these?

Does TODA ever plan to make cams for the Evo as well? They make almost all the internals available for the Evo but no cams? I don't understand. LoL

So can I use revolver springs and retainers with these piper cams? Will they handle that high of a lift?

yes cuz the revolvers are 11.4 11.5 so they'll take the piper lifts.
