Boost not holding..if u install boost controller once help

Today i just install Greddy Profec B Spec II boost controller....i plug it from the actuator and the vaccum hose...those two vaccum that goes to the boost sensor i guess that is what it is..it has a harness on it that has two vaccum port...i dont know if im doing it right but i left those two port open with the wire harness on it...because the vaccum is connected to the greddy module to COM and out through NO to the vaccum...but it is still not holding boost.... is it suppose to stay and hold boost or do you have to reflash the ECU in order to hold boost? or are you suppose to disconnect the harness were the original vacuum is hook up to?

Wow!!!! this diahgram helps alot....i think it is the same hook up is all the same...i think....
