Anyone running ECUTEK with a EBC?

I was wondering if it was possible to run an EBC like an AVCR in conjunction with the ECUTEK reflashed ECU. It would be nice to be able to control boost on the fly, rather having to take the car in to get a reflash if you want to turn the boost up at the track. Anyone know if its ok to run the two together.

I was running AVCR with Ecutek because I want to be able to increase my boost at the track when I run race gas.
