Just a random question... my sunroof got stuck yesterday and I had to push down the rubber part from the top of the car for it to go down. it works fine now but i was just wondering, when you guys push the sunroof button to close it, do you guys just push it once and it closes or do you have to hold it? because now i have to hold it, i could've sworn it was one push close. i only had the evo for bout two weeks now. also for the evo owners around the 408 area code, is there any good maintence shops that you guys go to for regular maintence and check ups? other then that, loving the evo so far... Thanks in advance.

my mine query was with whether the sunroof is suppose to close with one push of the button or whether you have to hold the button the whole way through. thanks for the help and i will prolly add some lube? kyb?

One touch open, hold it to close.

I think it is just a control thing, so you can close it to a specific point. If it is closing and you put your arm in the way it should stop.

first clean the area around th little rubber thing and make sure that nothing fell into it while your suroof was open. If you have a blockage up there and you try and close the sunroof, the little thing that pops up can break, and then you can't close your sunroof without manually holding it down and risking your fingers. The sunroof is one touch open and you have to hold it to close, just like the drivers window.
