1990 Nissan 300ZX Twin Turbo. Perfect condition, with the exception of a dent in the drivers door. Can't wait for everyone to see it in person. I'm in love with it, but nothing will ever compare to my BBY.

Woohoo! Nissan! nothing is as pure as turbo front engine rear wheel drive. :)

Be careful though, the 300ZX is known to be a very finicky and high maintenance car.

Wow, one of my friends at work test-drove a black twin-turbo 300ZX today too. Hope this wasn't the one... but regardless, I'm happy for you. Enjoy the new ride! 8)

Congrats on your purchase Kimmie! That's my favorite year cause you can swap the steering wheels without having to deal with an air bag.

Here's a place you might want to check out if you need any work done on your Z. Tell Rawb Dave from Norcal Turbo Buick sent ya 8)

Yup, I've already met Rob, and he is a killer guy. Had a Z that I was looking at tested there, and it was a complete mess. I won't go anywhere else but Rob's shop for maint/repair on my ZX. I totally trust his opinion with anything he says...I'll tell him you said hi!

He is a total down to earth guy that is truly talented and passionate with what he does. I'm just blown away with how clean his cars are.

how much Kim? I just bought a 90 4Runner as a second car my boss has a twin turbo 300 too and his has the HISCAS system. man those things are tough to work on though. Dealer or specialty shop only for service is your best bet. lets see some mods Theres a guy in SJ who has one and a GT-r34 his puts down something like 400+hp I think

Got it for $7,200.00.
My plans are:
JWT Single POP Charger
JWT ECU upgrade
Labree Exhaust
Volk rims
Stillen front lip
Stillen louvered cover
HKS SSQV's
suspension goodies

and some other things....all in due time though. Most ZX parts are pretty expensive, and even more expensive to work on. So, I'm gonna do what I can when I can, and try not to get too mod crazy like I did with the Evo.

I am a big fan of the late model JDM front end:

The JDM HID headlights and taillights are awesome:

Yeah... they discontinued the 300ZX in the US in 96 but it continued in Japan until 2000. In the 99-00 years it came with the new front and HID projector headlights.

I wonder how easily that front end will fit on a 1990? Hmmm...and I wonder how much it costs, and where I can get it?

They say it is a bolt-on install. The kit includes a replacement foam piece, brackets, corner lights etc. All you would need is paint and install.

You can buy it from Courtesy Nissan Parts:
http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=CTGY&Store_Code=CP&Category_Code=z32_nismo_zemblem

KurumaZ in the South Bay also carries it.

The first thing I would get for the Z32 is new brake pads.
