Hey Everyone,
Just joined NorCalEvo recently, but I've had my car for almost two years now. (03 GSR, 22000 miles) Love the car still and have had no problems to speak of. I baby the car pretty much, but would like to go to the track at some point. It's my daily driver, and I don't have other transportation options, so I've been hesitant to take any chances with it. The mod list is pretty short, but I do have the Enkei RPF-1s and a Works short shifter. I also have the Works drop in filter and brass bushings under the shift cage in the car. I'm getting ready to do the clutch and tranny upgrade, have some grinding issues but not bad though. Anyone have any reports on the Works CK II clutch? Just curious, I know this isn't the place for technical questions. Anyway, just sayin hey. :D

Hey Yank In Cali-I believe they are 17x8.5 with a +40mm off set. They are considerably lighter than most other wheels you can buy for the price. I think I gave away almost 5lbs a wheel from stock. I love em.

I've had the WORKS CK2 for about a year now. A bit heavier and grabbier than the stock clutch but still very streetable once you get used to it. Holds up very well for launching and all that kind of fun stuff.

Welcome to NorCalEvo. 8)

Nice! I was thinking of staying with the stock size (15.5 lb per rim). Like you said, great weight & price savings.

Now if I wanted to do even more weight savings, maybe I'll get the SSR Competitions in stock size; those are about 13 lbs, but twice the price!
