I love the look of the Evo 7 front end. I just got my grills for it last week from Japan.

Most of the Evos are in Salem and Portland. When I lived in Springfield/Eugene there were only 4 Evo and eleventybillion Subbies.

Try Looking on Prostreetonline.com site. I know there are some members on there from Oregon. There was a chick with a Yellow evo that was pretty nice. I believe there is a track in Portland too.

You'll have to get used to the Uber Slow speed limit. 55mph FTL

Yea we'll be outside of portland in Hillsboro. slow speed limit...but why? Aren't there a butt load of Skylines, Cossies and other cars we can't have here roaming freely up there? 55 damn, might aswell get a bodykit so people can actually picture me rollin :lol:

The smog laws are kinda funny up there. They have laws much like California except you don't have to smog your car..... which is good news. You pay a flat fee of ~$140 for registration and that is for 2 years. Window tint of any kind is illegal but is only enforced if the cop is a dick. Most are pretty cool but like anywhere there are a few a-holes. I would recomend getting your plates changed ASAP after moving up there because people HATE on Californians. As for the speed limit, I-5 is 65mph but all other roads are 55mph and below. Pretty much everyone drives at or below the limit so if you drive faster you'll stick out like a sore thumb. The good news is that there are far fewer cops patrolling the rural roads due to budget limitations. There are some awsome roads to play on that are not traveled frequently. Out by Mt Hood is pretty cool. There are some great roads on the coast too.
