Food for NCE Meet #13 - Please read

Hi,

As I am finalizing the food and beverages for the NCE meet #13 at LeMansKarting . . . i just thought of something.

Do we have any vegeterians here???

If you are vegeterian, please reply here so I can make accomdations for your palate.

If there is no response on this thread, then i'm going to assume all Evo drivers are carnivore's, meat eating tracking machines!!!!

Mmmmm... lechon! I'm down with chippin' in for a giant roasted pig. As for lumpia, I'll ask my moms cuz she makes 'em by the hundreds, but she was on low stock last time I checked. Cross your fingers guys!!! :D

Ok the type my mom makes are shanghai roll style (about 2.5-3 inches long & 0.5-1 inches around) made with pork marinated in soy sauce I believe. My friends always ask if she can make more the next time around, so I'm pretty sure you guys would like 'em.

Sorry, no veggie lumpia at this time. We're carnivores over here.

She could make 500 rolls over the week (don't think she's got any right now) and she'll come up with a price tomorrow, if that sounds good to you guys?

That's cool. My friend/ex is going to PCI in Campbell. She did the same thing at CCA too, even got the uniform! At 22k, PCI is deal compared to CCA. Although it's a certificate and not a degree.
