GokuSSJ4,
Is it a special tuned P2? Or is it just the regular P2 that we get "off the shelf"? I am asking because I am wondering why the A/F ratio was so rich.

It is an off the shelf P2, though specially tuned for aftermarket cams.

Nice numbers. With 100 octane you will be at 300hp at the wheels....sweet

off the shelve , like Jan said .. just with a program for the cams , and the mods i have .. im sure once i hit 1.3 bar instead of 1.2 over 300whp will be no problem on 91 octane ( which makes all of us in C.A cry )

GokuSSJ4,
I am asking because I am wondering why the A/F ratio was so rich.

His FMIC causes a slight drop in boost pressure more than the stock FMIC. That's probably why he's not running leaner. He mentioned he was only hitting 1.2 bar of boost and it's likely the larger intercooler. With more boost he should be in the low 10s.

I wonder if WORKS would be so kind as to make a custom reflash that would basically up your boost by 1 psi? That would be kinda cool since they control boost with the ecu so well.

I don't know, 9.5:1 as a target A/F seems really, really rich.

I understand the desire not to knock but don't you cross a line where you're knock proof but then you have to worry about fuel consumption, emissions, spark plugs fouling, black smoke, fuel pump failure, etc. (let alone lost performance)?

If WORKS guys are reading this, can you shed some light?

like Jan said if i get to bump my boost to 1.3 bar i will be at low 10's air/fuel
