Banner ads broken?

Ever since the site software upgrade, the only two banner ads I've ever seen are:

http://files.adbrite.com/mb/banners/default_ad.gif

and

http://files.adbrite.com/mb/default_banners/45742.jpg

Does anybody else see this? I'm running FireFox 1.5, no ad blocking software or extensions installed.

So they're supposed to be just placeholders like that? What happened to all the banner ads that vendors had paid for prior to the site upgrade?
