matz,

number 1 in the third picture is that part i was talking about the other day, just take a quick glance at it before putting thigns back in. If everyhting slid out no problem then you probably dont need to check, but for me taking that assembly out is like putting the square peg in the round hole

Hey Tim, yeah, I knew which part you were talking about... :) that's the part I couldn't get out (actually just the float). For whatever reason, I couldn't lift the float either, and I think that's what I really needed to do to get the FP out...

it's crazy, i knew a guy when i was stationed in TX with an Evo.... he could take the assmebly out in like 3 seconds once it was unscrewed, no scraping or anything. There's something u and i are missing i think ;)
