'Already submitted this post' error

I keep getting this error when i'm submitting posts... the frustrating thing is that then i have to wait 15 seconds before I can resubmit.

"You already submitted this post! You might have accidently double clicked, or tried to refresh."

Anybody else getting this?

i think we all are getting that from time to time... jan will check it out
