Man this brought back memories. Back in 1980 my parents bought a brand new green Ford Fiesta (german made) with thick brown stripes on the side  The car was actually pretty peppy for it's size as I recall. About 3 am this morning I was cruising down to Dublin for some Jack and I saw a silver Fiesta in near perfect condition. Kind of looked like a hippie dude driving it. The car had shiney paint, no dents and pretty bright halogen lights. This one was silver. Most of you probably have no idea what one looks like so thanks to google images here ya go 8)

 I know I know. It's been at least 5yrs since I've seen one and that was at PickNpull  That sucker used to lay down a 40ft 1 legger if you dumped the clutch at 6k lmao

You know I owned 2 of those cars, an 1978 "S" and a 1980 Ghia. They were amazingly good cars-made in Germany-had the 1.6L Kent engine used in Formula Fords- Weber carb-the list just goes on and on! (I was in college and broke-OK?)

The best part about these cars was that they used 155sr-12's, which were always the cheapest tires. I can remember buying 4 new tires for under $200.

Ahh the memories!!

Boy I'm glad I drive an evo now, not used pieces of crap like that!
